HotSpots have many states; they can be enabled, disabled, visible, or invisible. When they are visible, you can choose their appearance. When they are invisible, the mouse pointer still turns into a pointing hand when it is over a HotSpot. Visible text HotSpots can appear on the screen in three ways: outline rectangle, recessed panel, and filled rectangle. Visible region HotSpots can appear as outline rectangles or recessed panels.
HINT:The recessed panel option works well only when you have your display colors set in the mid-range. If your background color is black or white, you will only see part of the recessed panel.
Use this dialog box to set HotSpots. on or off, determine how HostSpots will look (both Text and Region) and how they are activated.
