VT, SCO-ANSI, AT386 Settings - Display Display Page

You can use the options in the Display page to control the appearance of your emulation window. Many of these options correspond to the options available on the DIGITAL terminal.

You can change the VT page width, page size, and character size. You can couple the cursor to automatically keep in view the portion of the page where the cursor is located, and you can control the rate of VT scrolling.

Options	Description
Columns	Select the page width for text. When you change this setting, the screen is cleared.
Lines	Type the number of lines per page for a session. This also determines the number of VT pages. You can have any number of lines between 24 and 144, for 1 to 6 VT pages.
Status Display	Display either application or host messages on the status line, or do not display the status line.
Columns	Specify in which column(s) you want to set tab stops. The default is 8-column intervals.
Reset to Default	Reset tab stops to the default of 8-column intervals.
New Line Mode	Send a CR and LF, instead of just a CR, when you press ENTER.
Automatic Line Wrap	Automatically wrap text when it reaches the right margin.
Show Control Characters	Display received control characters, rather than processing them.
Inverse Screen	Reverse the foreground and background colors for normal text.
Enable ISO Colors	Clear this option to ignore ISO color sequences. The host uses ISO color sequences to control foreground and background colors independently of other visual attributes.
Page Coupling	Automatically display a different page when the cursor moves to that page in page memory.
Show	Display the cursor.
Block	Display the cursor as a block, not underline.
Blink	Make the cursor blink.
Scroll Speed	Move the slider to select a scrolling speed. If data arrives faster than it can be displayed, the window is rewritten only after a number of lines are received (jump scrolling).
