View Menu Category

The following View commands can be secured.

  • Toolbars

    Removes Toolbars from the View menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to display the Settings dialog box with Toolbars selected when this command is secured.

    The Settings dialog box will still be available through the Settings command on the Edit and Options menu.

  • Toggle Status Bar

    Removes Statusbar from the View menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to toggle between viewing the Status bar when this command is secured.

  • QuickPads

    Removes QuickPads from the View menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to display the Settings dialog box with QuickPads selected when this command is secured.

    The Settings dialog box will still be available through the Settings command on the Edit and Options menu.

  • HotSpots

    Removes HotSpots from the View menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to display the Settings dialog box with HotSpots selected when this command is secured.

    The Settings dialog box will still be available through the Settings command on the Edit and Options menu.

  • Keyboard Map

    Removes Keyboard Map from the View menu and from the Category list in the Action dialog box. The user will not be able to display their keyboard map when this command is secured.

  • Rule Lines

    Removes Rule Lines from the View menu and from the Category list in the Action dialog box. The user will not be able to toggle the rule lines option on or off when this command is secured.
