Options Menu Category

The following Options commands can be secured.

  • Settings

    Removes Settings from the Options menu, from the Action page, and disables the Settings buttons in Session Type dialog box.

    The Settings dialog box will still be available through the Settings command in the Edit menu and the Toolbar, QuickPad, and HotSpot commands in the View menu.

  • Session Type

    Removes Session Type from the Options menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to view information about his or her session when this command is secured.

  • Global Preferences

    Removes Global Preferences from the Options menu and from the commands available on the Action page.

  • Security

    Removes Security from the Options menu and from the commands available on the Action page. The user will not be able to change what commands are secured when this command is removed.
