Using the Print Multiple Screens dialog box, you can create a queue of host screens and send them to the printer at one time.
To print multiple screens
From the display session file menu, choose Print Multiple Screens.
Go to the first screen you want to print.
Choose the capture button (in the top left corner of the dialog box.) The first line of the screen displays in the window.
Go to the next screen you want to print and select the capture button again.
Continue until all host screens that you want to print are shown in the window.
Choose the Print button.
NOTE:The option Host Screens Per Page which appears on the Print Screen Dialog Box allows you to specify how many host screens you want to print per page.
