The Settings Dialog Box - Text Page

The options you set in the Text page specify how to convert tab characters in the local file to spaces in the host file.

Options	Description
Text Page Explanation	Explains how to convert tab characters.
Expand Tab Characters to Space Character Sequences	Converts tab characters in the local file to spaces in the host file. If selected, specify the number of spaces to be used for each tab position.
Number of Spaces Per Tab Position	Specify the number of spaces to be used for each tab position.
