Use the options in this page to set Advanced options for your Direct Connect or Modem connection. The selections you make are saved when you save your session, and used whenever you use the same session profile.
If you have already selected Direct Connect or Modem as your Connection Type, to access this page choose Settings from the Options menu, then choose Connection under Categories. Otherwise, choose Session Type from the Options menu and change your Connection Type, then choose Settings.

Receive Buffer Size |
Specify how much data can accumulate in the receive buffer. The default is 2K. |
Receive Xoff Point |
Specify how much data can accumulate in the receive buffer before sending an Xoff requesting the host to stop sending data. The default is 1024. |
Transmit Buffer Size |
Specify how much data can accumulate in the send buffer before transmission stops. The default is 2K. |
Break Length |
Specify the length of time in milliseconds for the communication line Break signal. The default is 250. |
Disconnect On Modem Signal Drop |
Select this option to disconnect the session if the modem signal drops off. This option is available for Direct Connect (serial) connections only. The default is cleared. |
Close on Disconnect |
Select this option if you want your session to automatically close when it is disconnected from the host. |
