Use the Manage Packages and Plans tool to create and edit bind script files that contain BIND commands. You can execute these
scripts from the Manage Packages and Plans tool, or save them to execute later with the tool or using the DSN Bind utility.
The tool also enables you to free (clean out) old or unused packages and plans from your SQL Server database.
