CONV was unable to successfully open the input file.

DFC132 Error reading input file
CONV was unable to read the current record of the input file.

DFC133 Error opening output file
CONV was unable to successfully open the output file.

DFC134 Error writing output file
CONV was unable to successfully write the current record to the output file.

DFC136 Insufficient memory for loading data
Not enough free memory was available to continue the conversion.

DFC137 Current record length > maximum
The current record read from the input file has a length greater than the maximum record length specified for that file.

DFC138 Warning – Duplicate key, record overwritten
A record with a duplicate key was found and the corresponding output was overwritten. Note that some data information has been lost.

DFC139 Input file not 'real' mainframe report format
The file specified as the input file contains ANSI carriage control characters and was therefore not generated on the mainframe. Alternatively, you did not supply the correct parameters when you converted the file.
