The Edit menu provides functions to undo the last changes, to cut/copy/paste using the clipboard, and to perform other edit functions. Information about using these commands with a Result window are described below.
| Undo | If there are changes to the current field that can be undone, click this command to undo them. This command is available only if Allow Editing is on. To reverse the last change (insert, update, or delete) to a record, use the Undo Record command from the Record menu. |
| Redo | If there are changes to the current field that can be redone, click this command to redo them. This command is available only if Allow Editing is on. |
| Cut | Moves the currently selected text or object to the clipboard. This command is available only if Allow Editing is on. |
| Copy | Copies the currently selected text or object to the clipboard. This command is available only if Allow Editing is on. |
| Paste | Pastes the current clipboard contents at the cursor location. If the clipboard contents is not compatible, it is not pasted. This command is available only if Allow Editing is on. |
| Delete | Deletes the currently selected text or object. This command is available only if Allow Editing is on. |
