Viewing Results

When you run a query, the results of the query are displayed in a Result window. There are two result views: Result Table and Result Form. These are available from the View menu after a query is run.

A Result Table shows the rows of the result in a spreadsheet-like format. You can scroll in any direction to see the columns and rows of the result.

A Result Form shows the result one record at a time, with the fields displayed one beneath another. You move between records much like you turn the pages of a book. You can have multiple Query Result windows open at the same time.

To switch between Result Table and Result Form views:

1. Click the Result Table command from the View menu, or click the window to make it active.
2. Click the Result Form command from the View menu, or click the window to make it active.
