Use the Query tab in the Catalog Browser to recall a saved query that has been created with a data management tool such as SQLWizard. For information about using a query during a migration, see Migrating Certain Rows and Columns.
To view a list of the available saved queries, click the Query tab on the left side of the Browser window.
To locate a query, click the + buttons to expand the database hierarchy until the query name appears.
To recall a saved query from the Query tab, do one of the following:
The recalled query is displayed in the Query window. You can edit the query or accept it as is.
If your recalled query contains SQL statements besides SELECT, we recommend that you remove them before running the migration. The Query window should contain only a single SELECT statement to specify the data that is to be migrated to another table.
