Where it can be set:	In the URL or in a Properties Object
Possible Values:	Integer (representing the number of records) or -1 (disable limit)
Default:	100

Comments:

Do not disable both cache.fetch.numrecs and cache.fetch.size. At least one of these properties must specify a limit. When both limits are enabled, the Direct Flight driver uses the smaller limit.
