MQ Listeners and Writers in ESMAC

With MQ listener support enabled, you can do the following in ESMAC with regard to MQ listeners and writers:

• Monitor listener and writer activity
• Start and stop listeners
• Delete listeners and writers
• Write dump information to the casdump.rec file
