RELATE can be used in conjunction with an
ALLOCATE command to set up tests in a TSO session.
The following example relates the MVS data set TESTDATA.SORTED.DATA to the PC file
C:\MYFILE.DAT.
RELATE TESTDATA.SORTED.DATA C:\MYFILE.DAT
