To stop and restart an MQ listener
- Start ESMAC for the enterprise server instance that is running the MQ listener.
- On the ESMAC sidebar under
Resources, select
MQ from the drop-down menu.
- Click
Listeners.
- Click the
Details button that corresponds to the listener you want to stop and/or restart.
- Click
Stop to stop the listener, or click
Start to restart it.
- Click
Refresh to update the status (optional).
Note:
- You can also stop and restart listeners using the
casout command.
- You can stop a writer; however stopping a writer deletes the writer.
- A writer cannot be restarted once it has been stopped (deleted).
