A resource was locked by another user and the z/Server GETENQI command was scheduled to retrieve detailed enqueue information. The command was successfully executed but returned an empty response. This can occur if the enqueue was made by another z/Server scheduler which was managed by a different z/Server holder task.

Server Administrator Response:

Verify that the users are not working with different z/Server scheduler tasks which are managed by different holder tasks. If that is the case, consider reconfiguring the z/Server tasks.
