TSXMV0003 RECALL failed. The data set was not created.

The creation of a new MVS data set was executed on an existing data set. In this case, the attributes of the new data set are taken from the attributes of the selected data set. As the selected data set was migrated, it has to be recalled first. This recall failed. Which means that the new data set is not allocated.

If possible, select another data set as the model data set for the data set creation.
