Explanation:

This message is issued in response to an API call. The address to be mapped by DSECT [002] is not a valid storage address. This is validated using the z/OS VSMLOC service. See SA22-7612-xx: MVS Programming: Authorized Assembler Services Reference, Volume 4 (SET-WTO) for the return code [004] from the VSMLOC service.
