The XDATE function takes 3 integers and converts them into a date. The format appears below:
XDATE(m, d, y)
The m parameter is an expression that evaluates to an integer representing a month of the year (1-12). The d parameter is an expression that evaluates to an integer representing a day of the month (1-31). The y parameter is an expression that evaluates to an integer representing a year.
