Cannot open PCB #`PCB` in PSB `database`, the secondary index must be genned before opening

`PCB`	is the PCB number
`database`	is the PSB-name

When using the IMS Database Editor to edit a PCB which specifies a secondary processing sequence (PROCSEQ), you must compile the secondary index database definition (DBD).

You can use a primary processing sequence to edit a database without compiling the secondary index DBD.

Resolution:

To use a secondary processing sequence (PROCSEQ) to edit the database, compile the secondary index database definition (DBD) beforehand. Otherwise, use a primary processing sequence to edit the database.
