During I/O processing an error was detected but the I/O program that
reads FMP % INCLUDE files could not analyze the error.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
Inspect all INCLUDE statements for correct syntax and file
specifications, and verify that the referenced file members exist. C DD
statements for call libraries. See IBM system messages and codes manual for
information on the error and take appropriate action for system message.
