After an import process completes, you can clear the contents of the Import window before entering specifications for the next file you want to import.
To clear current import specifications from the Import window, click the Clear Form command from the Import menu. The current specifications are removed from the Import window and are replaced with default settings where appropriate. Defaults are based on your settings in the Import Options dialog box and the Default Settings dialog box
