The View menu allows you to access the Catalog Browser dialog box, switch the view of the active Result window between Result Table view and Result Form view, and view or edit text for a particular field in a zoom window.
The following View menu commands are applicable to your use of a Result window.
| Result Table | If checked, the active Result window is shown in Result Table view. Multiple records are shown in a spreadsheet-like format. |
| Result Form | If checked, the active Result window is shown in Result Form view. One record is shown at a time, with fields arranged vertically down the screen. |
| Highlight Nulls | Check this to enable the highlighting of null values in the color selected in the Options utility. When checked, the highlighting differentiates null values from spaces. |
| Zoom | Displays a window containing the contents of the result field on which the cursor is positioned. This supplemental window is useful for reading or editing data in large character fields where data may be spread over several lines or paragraphs. You can open a Zoom window by clicking on the Zoom command from the View menu, or by double clicking on the desired field in the Result window display. |
