View Menu

Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.

The View menu provides access to the Catalog Browser. You also use it to switch between different views of the current window depending on the editing mode you are using. For example, if a Query Design window is active, the View menu provides commands to switch to SQL view.

The three Catalog Browser commands are described here. Specialty View menu commands are described in their respective chapters.

Locations Brings the Catalog Browser to the front with the Location tab selected so that you can work with locations.
Tables Brings the Catalog Browser to the front with the Table tab selected so that you can work with tables.
Queries Brings the Catalog Browser to the front with the Query tab selected so that you can work with queries.
