The ra.xml file is in the META-INF subdirectory of the mfcics-notx.rar archive, located by default in %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Micro Focus\Enterprise Developer\bin (Windows) or $COBDIR/lib (UNIX). Its contents include a list of properties in XML format. You can edit this file to configure your CICS resource adapter by modifying the property values.
