CTF tracing

To enable CTF tracing:

• If using Enterprise Server, set the environment variable MFTRACE_CONFIG in the Configuration Information section of your ES instance, under [ES-Environment].
• If you are not using Enterprise Server, set the environment variable MFTRACE_CONFIG in a command prompt prior to starting Eclipse. The default location is C:\Users\Public\Micro Focus\Enterprise Developer\eclipse.
• For non-ES remote projects, set MFTRACE_CONFIG before starting your RDO server.
