To generate a test command

Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.
  1. From the SP Test tool tree view, right-click the Stored Procedure for which you want to generate a test command; then click Generate Test Command.
  2. From the Generate Stored Procedure Test Command dialog box, highlight the generated command.
  3. Right-click the highlighted command and click copy or cut from the menu.
    Note: If you want a hexadecimal equivalent for the command, check Display value in hexadecimal before copying or cutting the command.
  4. Click OK to close the Generate Stored Procedure Test Command dialog box.
  5. To run the command, paste it into an appropriate place in the third-party test tool of your choice and run it according to the instructions for that test tool.
