Use RUW processing to work with locations and applications at a local or remote location other than your normal (default) location. Remote locations run on another XDB Server on your network. With RUW, you are actually working at the other location. That is, the location you connect to becomes your current location.
You can specify either a local or remote location with which you wish to work by issuing the CONNECT command in embedded SQL, or the SET LOCATION TO command in interactive SQL.
