The Command-line Interface
This section provides information on entering debugger commands. The command-line interface applies to the command-line version of the debugger (-classic), commands in action lists, and commands entered in the Command window of the graphical interface.

This section describes debugger concepts including action lists, pointers, environments, CodeWatch error messages, and program recovery.
CodeWatch Functionality
This section describes the facilities that let you control the execution of your program, discusses environment control issues, explains how to examine, modify, and evaluate the contents of data items, and describes features such as the macro facility, debugger command files, and on-line help.
CodeWatch Commands
This section lists and describes all of the CodeWatch commands in alphabetical order. The definitions consist of subsections that contain information on use, command syntax, a brief description, and a command-line example.
Debugging Open PL/I Programs
This section describes CodeWatch features that relate to debugging PL/I programs and contains a sample command-line debugging session of an Open PL/I program. At the end of this section, the listing of the program used in the sample debugging session is provided. The source of the sample program is also available on the release media.
