You cannot match a report defined via a RED section header with any
report record description. The report neither uses the WRITE ROUTINE clause nor
gets associated with an FD by a REPORT IS clause.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
Associate the report to an FD with the REPORT IS clause, or specify
developer control of the report via the WRITE ROUTINE clause in the RED section
header.
