When allocating an indirection table for number, symbol names failed because
there are too many symbols in the source file.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
Break the file into two or
more files with fewer symbols each.
