An open call instruction was issued for a partitioned data set
concatenated with a data set that does not reside on a direct access storage
device (DASD). Partitioned data sets can be concatenated only with data sets
having like attributes.
Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
Resolution:
Inspect all INCLUDE statements for correct syntax and file
specifications, and verify that the referenced file members exist. Check DD
statements of call libraries for DCB compatibility.
