SQL Option Components

SQL Option for DB2 consists of an embedded SQL precompiler and a number of configuration tools and graphical data utilities:

To access the components of SQL Option for DB2 from the Start menu, click Start > All Programs > Micro Focus Enterprise Developer > Data Tools > SQL Option for DB2 and select a tool available from the submenus.

Note: The Start menu is not available on Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012. You use the Start screen to invoke programs.

To access the components of SQL Option for DB2 from the main menu in Eclipse, click Run > Tools > Data Tools > SQL Option for DB2 and select a tool available from the submenus.
