Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.
To start HCOSS in standalone mode:
- Click
Start > All Programs > Micro Focus Enterprise Developer > Data Tools > HCO for SQL Server
.
Note: On Windows 8, Windows 10, and Windows Server 2012, you use the Start screen to invoke programs.
To start HCOSS from
Enterprise Developer:
- Click
Run > Tools >
HCO for SQL Server.
Note:
- If HCOSS finds a more recent version of SQL Native Client or a more recent version of the ODBC Driver for SQL Server available on your machine, it prompts you with the option to upgrade your existing system and user connections to use the updated driver. You can turn this functionality off by unchecking
Enable Checking for New ODBC Drivers on the
Connection List tab or by checking
Stop asking me on the prompt dialog box.
