To repair a connection

Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.
  1. From the HCO for SQL Server interface, click Manage Connections.
  2. From the Connection List tab, select a Connection Type (System or User) to populate the Connection List grid with connections defined for that type.
  3. From the Connection List grid, select a connection that shows a status of Needs Repair.
  4. Click Repair.
Note: When repairing SQL Server connection of the System or User connection type, HCOSS attempts to use the ODBC driver specified when the connection was created, such as SQL Server Native Client 10.0. If the specified driver version is not available, HCOSS uses the latest available version.
