The Audit Facility uses parts of the Consolidated Tracing Facility (CTF) infrastructure to provide functionality. The Audit Facility failed to initialise Consolidated Tracing Facility in order to access the functionaity it needs.
Resolution
If the problem persists, note the sequence of events leading up to the error and contact Micro Focus Technical Support.
