The Audit Manager uses audit emitters to output the audit data.
There are two emitters that you can configure:
The AUDITFILE emitter writes records to a collection of secure audit files. You configure the number and the size of the audit files in the collection when you set up the emitter definition.
To access the audit details, you use a command to produce reports from the audit files. Once you have accessed the data, you can dump the file, and it becomes available for re-use by the audit process.
You can use an SNMP management tool to access this data.
