This message should not be displayed under normal circumstances. Possible causes for this error are:
- Closing the Fileshare Session on Windows. Such methods of closing the Fileshare Server should not be used as it can lead to files being corrupted and the recovery log file not being written to disk correctly.
- The Fileshare Server has encountered an internal processing error which has caused the closedown code in the run-time system to be invoked. In this situation you should contact our technical support department to try and ascertain the cause of this error.
The Fileshare Server terminates by closing all files, rolling back any outstanding transactions, clearing all communication links with Fileshare Clients and closing the recovery log file (if in use).
Resolution:
You should try to ascertain why the Fileshare Server closed in this manner.
