Optional: Add the EXEC and SKELS datasets to ISPF.conf

If the SCLM attachment is used within Rational Develper for System z with the IBM RSE daemon as server, you must add the installation EXEC and SKELS datasets to the configuration file ISPF.conf in the USS configuration path of the RSE daemon.
