Phase 3 of the Life Cycle,
Apply Identified Changes, involves the following events:
- Identified changes are applied.
- File information, which is already contained in the Data Manager Knowledge Base, is saved in an appropriate format. This includes sampling rules, associations of classes with fields, associations of the Data Changer with routines, test environment creation methods, and definitions of combined fields.
- If required, a backup of the old data is made.
- The modified data stores are analyzed again, and the previously saved information is applied to them, taking the new layouts into account.
