The fields on the Record page are:

Record format

Selects by record format.

Record length

Selects data stores with record layout length within a range of values. If only one of the two limits of the interval is specified all of the values greater than the start value (if the end value is not specified) or less than the end value (if the start value is not specified) are extracted.

Number of records

Selects data stores with the number of records within a range of values. If only one of the two limits of the interval is specified all of the values greater than the start value (if the end value is not specified) or less than the end value (if the start value is not specified) are extracted.

Records analyzed

Selects data stores with the number of records, which have been analyzed within a range of values. If only one of the two limits of the interval is specified, all of the values greater than the start value (if the end value is not specified) or less than the end value (if the start value is not specified) are extracted.
