Creates an empty file, if the file has previously been defined in the FCT.
Syntax:
CFCR fct-file-entry
Notes:
fct-file-entry is the name specified in the file option in the FCT. The file can be either a base file or an alternate index. It is created with all the related indexes.
A confirmation message shows you the base file characteristics and all the alternate keys that you specified. An error message is displayed if the file has not been created.
