If you are using native PL/I I/O Verbs, you must convert data to Micro Focus Indexed Format.

If you are using IBM/Informix "IsXXXXX" APIs, you have two options:

Convert API calls to native PL/I I/O Verbs (and convert data)

Purchase a copy of CISAM from IBM and continue to use your existing datasets and "IsXXXXX" APIs.
