Function:
This tool returns the local history entries for the given Eclipse resource in a file descriptor.
Note:
Micro Focus recommends that you do not use this tool. There is no other tool available within the Eclipse package which could process the entries generated by
Get Local History. Use Show Local History to display and to retrieve history entries within one dialog.
