Function:
This tool transfers a file from one platform to another. It supports mass processing.
Note: If the target file of the tool "Transfer File" is an MVS data set, it is not checked if an enqueue is set on the data set before it is overwritten. The tool "Transfer File" does not set an enqueue before overwriting the data set content.
