Select an Active Filter

Apply filtering to a data file by making one of the filters active.
If the Filters view is not displayed, select Windows > Show View > Filters.
  1. In the Filters view, right-click the required filter, and then select Set as Active Filter.
Note: To make a filter active, it must have at least one configured condition set.

The filter is immediately applied to the data file, and the Active indicator is displayed to the right of the filter name.

  2. Remove the filter using one of the following:
    • Right-click the active filter, and then select Deactivate.

The filter is removed and no filter currently applied to the data file.

    • Right-click a different filter, and then select Set as Active Filter.

The new filter is applied to the data file.

    • Close the data file.
