Resolution:
% SET EPILOGUE must either be on a line by itself, removing the most current epilogue from the stack without being invoked. Or, follow % SET EPILOGUE with $MACRONAME on the same line, adding $MACRONAME to the stack of calls invoked at the end of FMP processing.
