Select click the number of characters that should appear in a line of text sent from the host (80 or 132). This should match the number of columns handled by your terminal emulation session or printer. For example, if you set the Line Width to 80 but your terminal emulation session is configured for 132 columns, only 80 characters will appear in each line of your terminal emulation session; the remaining characters will wrap to the next line. |
Session Type

Select this check box to have TCP-A select the appropriate terminal emulation type automatically. When this option is cleared, you must select a terminal emulation type from the adjacent list. If you use T27 or the T27 viewer, select . If you use a different emulator, clearing this option may enhance the performance of TCP-A. |
Session Modes

Select this option to keep the cursor in the same position when you transmit data to the host. Selecting this option is equivalent to the ?+i command; clearing this option is equivalent to the ?-i command. |

Select this option to scroll the screen automatically as data is received from the host. When this option is cleared, any data that extends beyond the end of the page is not visible. Selecting this option is equivalent to the ?+s command; clearing this option is equivalent to the ?-s command. |

Select this option to have the transport ignore any control codes in the host data while the session is in nonforms mode. If you clear this option, control codes in the host data will be in effect while the session is in nonforms mode. |
