The command is available when you right-click on a file in the server pane. You may prefer this command over drag-and-drop file transfer when you want to transfer a server file to your PC and use a different file name on the PC.
To download a file using a different name
Right-click on the file you want to download, and then choose .
From the dialog box, in the box, type the name you want to use for the file on the PC.
Click to complete the transfer.
Also, wildcard characters are supported. You can download multiple files at once, changing all of the filenames. For example, you could change all of the .htm files in a directory to .html when you download them to your PC.
To download multiple files using a different name
Right-click on one of the files you want to download, and then choose .
From the dialog box, in the box, replace one or more parts of the filename with wildcards, leaving enough to identify which files you want.
For example, *.htm. or *_info_??.text
From the dialog box, in the box, make the same wildcard replacements, and change the part of the filename you want to make different on your PC.
For example, *.html. or *_info_??.txt.
Click to complete the transfer.
